YB-JFQ-III Complex Fireproof Deck Covering is divided into two parts, the surface dressing by powder (component a) and aggregate mixture of two components (component b); The bottom dressing consists of a mixture of powder (group a) and aggregate (group b). This product has good fire resistance, vibration and impact resistance, and has excellent sound insulation and heat insulation performance. It is suitable for a-60, heat and vibration isolation.

Blending ratio: ① Face covering one bag powder matching with on bag aggregate, adding about 8kg water. ② Bottom Covering one bag powder matching with on bag aggregate, adding about 34kg water. ( The water amount according to temperature and stirring method can properly adjust the different.)
1.Before the deck covering is laid out, deck related engineering, such as welding, hot working, pipelines, cables, wind pipe, and enhancer that penetrate the deck, and water testing in the tank, should be finished beforehand.
2.Impurities on steel plates are to be removed while all rust, oxide scale, old paint, etc. are to be removed so that no oil, no water and no debris remain according to the requirements of Grade P2 in CB3230.
3.Pour the mixed bottom covering onto the deck, level the covering by scraping rule, then consolidate and trim the covering with a screed to the required thickness.
4.It should be maintained under ambient temperature for 24h.
5.Lay out the steel net and steel board net on the bottom covering with the connection width of less than 100mm. After connecting, fix it with by zinc-plating iron wire.
6.Mix the covering according to the proportion, and blend it thoroughly with a mixer for 2 to 3 minutes at the speed of around 100r/min. Make sure to use it up within 1hr.
7.Pour the mixing face covering onto the steel net, consolidate and trim it, and level the surface within 3mm/m. When the face covering is laid out, raise the steel net by 10mm, consolidate the covering and make sure the steel net in the face covering.
8.After finishing the layout of the face covering, it should be maintained for a certain period of time e.g. 2 to 3 days, which depends on the temperature. During the maintenance, no work can be done and the surface should be kept clean.
